Caldwell County 4-H Horse Club had a Halter and Showmanship clinic at Coyote Crossing. Thanks to Marissa Hurst who conducted the clinic.

At Camp Coyote Crossing, students like Rebecca Vignale and Wyatt Taylor learn to really RUN their horses on the track.
After the days work, Becca and Shawn on Renegade & Bugsy cool off in the pond.

J. D. Law, who trained horses with Sue for a few months, graduated from Lockhart High School - congrats J. D. !!

He is now training reiners and working cow horses with his grandfather and aunt in Southern California.

 

 

Speed Event Clinic participants and parents. We had a great day and concluded with a water slide & cook-out.

 

After the Clinic, Hannah and Brian get to know Miss Astor, who never met a stranger.

 

 

 

Alexi Redumis purchased Red Bone from Lance Vacek after Sue trained him on the speed events. They won two seconds at Walnut Creek and the Reserve Hi Point buckle at the 8-event AAYHA show at Seguin - way to go!!

Coyote Crossing is a family affair for the Redumis - Judy, Lexi, Dane, and George, who are frequently here on weekends. They are from Rosharon, TX and are ALWAYS WELCOME!!
Camp can be s-c-a-r-y....
as Collin and Lexi show us after a crawfish boil.

 

 

 

Randi Flores with Shelby & Heather Rowe at the Bastrop Family Rodeo. Shelby and Heather, with Star & Bella, camped at Coyote Crossing during Spring break! They are from Rockwall, TX. and are now competing in Little Britches Rodeos - best of luck girls!
